First, I want to say thank you. This has been a really good experience. I got one of the leads under contract last week, and I have a feeling I'll lock in another one today or next week. Receiving the MP3s has made a big difference. Thank you again to all who made this possible.
So far the experience has been pretty solid, we receive the daily leads & start working on them immediately. We managed to get 2 contracts signed within the first 30 leads received for around 40k in total fees, & have 4-6 other really good leads we are working on. Overall pretty satisfied with the daily lead flow & having just a few extra deals each month.
We are happy with the leads. We have a lot that are in follow up currently that should turn into deals. We have a kentucky contract right now that we are working on disposing of from these leads. We are very happy with them and will continue to use them. Thanks.

I've had a very positive experience with the WCL leads so far. I don't believe any lead source is "magic," but these leads consistently lead to real, quality conversations with motivated sellers.
One example is a deal l'm currently working involving six townhouses with a potential zero money out-of-pocket structure. It's still in progress and may or may not come together due to increasing HOA fees, but with continued follow-up it could turn into a significant win and it's just one of many active conversations I've developed over the past month and a half using these leads.
Working WCL has also accelerated my growth operationally. I've built a small team of lead managers and passed on multiple skill sets, specifically things like listening for motivation, leading with transparency, and asking the right questions, allowing me to focus more on underwriting and the warmer, higher-intent leads.

Last month I joined Subto and A week ago today, had the great opportunity to attend the Miami Creative Nation Tour. And with the help of Jerry Norton for providing the leads and Earon for helping me to speak with my seller, we were able to send out on offer on a property that night.
Funny thing is l'm a realtor and have done cold calling before but never liked it. Since no one at the table wanted to make the first call, I decided to step up and do it. And because of that we were able to land this opportunity. Not long after that motivated someone else from our table to call which lead to another deal being made. Everyone eventually got fired up.
This is a first hand experience of what can happen when we push ourselves while being surrounded with like-minded people.
