10k Club is the newest version of my all-time best-selling webinar that has generated over $18.8 million since 2012.
Some of you may remember when it was called Quick Flip Money Machine. Then, it was Power Flipper. And in February 2018, I updated the training, tools, and bonuses again, and renamed it 10k Club. Since then, it’s continued to be one of the top-selling webinar offers in the real estate investing niche.
What hasn’t changed over the years… is the hook. When students join, they become eligible to submit deals and get paid $10,000 finder’s fees. If the deal meets my criteria as a good “fix and flip” deal, I pay the finder’s fee up front, and then fund it, fix it, and sell it.

How Many Students Get Deals Accepted?
I’ll be real with you… of course, not everyone who submits a deal gets $10,000.
I can’t tell you how many bad deals students submit, and how many people try to upload a list of properties from the MLS.
And even though we have extensive training in the member’s area about my deal criteria, and how to find good deals, most of the deals students submit are junk.
As a result, like with any information product, you can find a few people who complain about it online.

The Automated Webinar Funnel
Over the past few years, we’ve perfected an automated webinar funnel that consistently gets people to register, attend, and buy. The funnel includes email and text reminders that increase attendance, and a well-optimized email follow up sequence for non-attendees.
We’ve had individual affiliates generate over $50,000 by sending a few emails to this automated funnel (without intro/outro prerecords, etc). Your registrants are also tagged in my Infusion account, and we promise not to send additional marketing to them after the webinar follow up sequence (unless of course, they were already on my list).

When Do You Get Paid?
My company, Flipping Mastery, pays commissions on the 15th of each month. Each month, commissions are paid for sales past 30 days. The commission is 48%.
